एसडीएम पंकज सेतिया ने कहा कि सीएम विंडो में आई शिकायतों का सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी निर्धारित समय पर निपटान करना सुनिश्चित करें।

जीजेडी न्यूज़.फरीदाबाद। एसडीएम पंकज सेतिया ने कहा कि सीएम विंडो में आई शिकायतों का सरकार द्वारा जारी हिदायतों के अनुसार विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी निर्धारित समय पर निपटान करना सुनिश्चित करें। जिस विभाग कि जो भी शिकायतें पेंडिंग है उसे यथाशीघ्र पूरा करके सरल पोर्टल पर अपलोड करवाए। एसडीएम पंकज सेतिया सोमवार को दोपहर बाद अपने कार्यालय में सीएम विंडो मे आई शिकायतों के निवारण वारे विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों को बैठक में दिशा निर्देश दे रहे थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिस विभाग की जो भी शिकायतें पेंडिंग है उन विभागों के अधिकारी के जल्द से जल्द सीएम विन्डो में आई शिकयतों निपटान करवा कर सरल पोर्टल पर अपलोड करवाना सुनिश्चित करें।
सरल पोर्टल के माध्यम से आई शिकायतों का निवारण करके ऑनलाइन करना
एसडीएम पंकज सेतिया ने कहा कि सीएम विंडो पर सरल पोर्टल के माध्यम से आई शिकायतों का निवारण करके ऑनलाइन करना ऑनलाइन सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन शिकायतों का निवारण कर रखा है और उन्हें सरल पोर्टल पर अपलोड नहीं किया है उन विभागों के अधिकारी भी अपने विभाग से सम्बंधित शिकायतों के निवारण को यथाशीघ्र सरल पोर्टल पर अपलोड करवाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने बैठक में पुलिस विभाग से सम्बंधित 375, लेबर विभाग से सम्बंधित 394, एचएसवीपी, एचएसआईआईडीसी,बागवानी, हाऊसिंग बोर्ड, राजस्व तथा एसडीएम कार्यालय से संबंधित सीएम विंडो पर आई शिकायतों की समीक्षा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश भी दे रहे थे।
विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी रहे उपस्थित
एसडीएम पंकज सेतिया ने बताया कि सरल पोर्टल पोर्टल पर नगर निगम की 175, हेल्थ विभाग की 301, पुलिस विभाग की 375 लेबर डीओईडब्लू की 394, हाऊसिंग बोर्ड की 18, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस से संबंधित 81तथा रजिस्ट्रेशन से संबंधित 134 शिकायतें पेन्डिंग है।
बैठक में एमसीएफ के सचिव नवदीप सिंह नैन,तहसीलदार नेहा सारन,नायब तहसीलदार यशवंत सिंह सहित बैठक से जुड़े विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
