नई दिल्ली: त्योहारों के मौसम से पहले, डीडीएमए ने घोषणा की है कि कोविड महामारी के मद्देनजर दिल्ली में नदी तट पर सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर किसी भी तरह के छठ समारोह की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। दिल्ली आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण ने आगामी छठ पर्व के लिए नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं। डीडीएमए ने कहा है कि त्योहारों के दौरान राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में किसी भी मेले और खाने के स्टॉल की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

डीडीएमए के दिशानिर्देशों में आगे कहा गया है कि दिल्ली में उत्सव के आयोजनों में खड़े होने या बैठने की अनुमति नहीं होगी और केवल सामाजिक दूरी के साथ कुर्सियों पर बैठने की अनुमति होगी। यह दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (डीपीसीसी) द्वारा मंगलवार को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में 1 जनवरी, 2022 तक सभी प्रकार के पटाखों की बिक्री और फोड़ने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने के आदेश के बाद आया है। डीपीसीसी ने जिलाधिकारियों और पुलिस उपायुक्तों को निर्देशों को लागू करने और दैनिक कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट जमा करने का भी निर्देश दिया है।
कई विशेषज्ञों ने सीओवीआईडी -19 के एक और उछाल की संभावना का संकेत दिया है और पटाखों को फोड़ने से बड़े पैमाने पर समारोहों के परिणामस्वरूप न केवल सामाजिक दूरियों के मानदंडों का उल्लंघन करने वाले लोगों का समूह होगा, बल्कि उच्च स्तर का वायु प्रदूषण भी दिल्ली में गंभीर स्वास्थ्य मुद्दों की ओर ले जाएगा। DPCC के आदेश में कहा गया है, “दिल्ली के एनसीटी के क्षेत्र में 1.1.2022 तक सभी प्रकार के पटाखों को फोड़ने और बेचने पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
