बजट 2021 : देश का आम बजट देगा राष्ट्र के विकास को मजबूती: विधायक बड़ौली
भारतीय जनता पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष एवं राई हलका विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली ने देश के आम बजट का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्र के विकास को नई मजबूती मिलेगी। आम बजट को आम आदमी, गरीब, मजदूर और किसानों को समर्पित किया गया है। कोरोना काल में उपजी समस्याओं के बीच ऐसा बजट पेश करना एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है।

भारतीय जनता पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष एवं राई हलका विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली ने देश के आम बजट का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्र के विकास को नई मजबूती मिलेगी। आम बजट को आम आदमी, गरीब, मजदूर और किसानों को समर्पित किया गया है। कोरोना काल में उपजी समस्याओं के बीच ऐसा बजट पेश करना एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है।
विधायक मोहनलाल बड़ौली ने कहा कि बजट ने सबकी उम्मीदों को पंख देने का काम किया है। किसी को निराश नहीं किया गया। कर्मचारियों व मध्यम वर्ग को भी विशेष राहत मिली है। उन्होंंने कहा कि तीन नये कृषि कानूनों को लेकर व्याप्त अफवाहों पर बजट ने लगाम लगाने का काम किया है। सरकार ने एक हजार नई ई-मंडियां खोलने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकार ने धान किसानों को 1.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये का अधिक भुगतान किया है। अर्थात् सात गुना अधिक धान की खरीद हुई है। गेहू की एमएसपी की डेढ़ गुना की गई। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य खत्म नहीं होगा अपितु इसमें बढ़ोतरी की जा रही है।
विधायक बड़ौली ने कहा कि सरकारी बैंकों में 20 हजार करोड़ रुपये की पूंजी डाली जाएगी, जिससे सरकारी क्षेत्र के बैंक सुदृढ़ होंगे। इसका लाभ आम जनमानस को भी मिलेगा। बैंकों की एनपीए समस्या के निपटारे के लिए एएमसी बनाने की घोषणा की गई है। उज्ज्वला योजना से करीब आठ करोड़ लोगों को फायदा मिला है। इसमें एक करोड़ और लोगों को जोड़ा जाएगा। जल जीवन पर 2.87 लाख करोड़ रुपये खर्च किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा ऐसी पहली सरकार है जिसे अपने देश के लोगों की उनके स्वास्थ्य की वास्तव में चिंता है।
विधायक निर्मल चौधरी ने कहा कि सरकारी बस सेवा को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए 18 हजार करोड़ रुपये खर्च किये जायेंगे, जिसका सीधा लाभ आम जनमानस को मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि 8500 किलोमीटर के हाईवे बनाये जायेंगे, जबकि 11 हजार किलोमीटर के हाईवे बनाने का काम पूर्ण हो चुका है। रेल बजट पर भी 1.1 लाख करोड़ रुपये खर्च किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 से जूझने के बावजूद ऐसा लोककल्याणकारी बजट प्रस्तुत किया जाना बेहद सुखद है। उन्होंने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भर स्वस्थ भारत योजना की घोषणा की गई है। स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए शहरों में अमृत योजना को विस्तार दिया जाएगा जिसके लिए 287000 करोड़ रुपये जारी किए गए। साथ ही उन्होंने 75 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के पैंशन धारक वृद्धजनों को आयकर से बाहर करने का स्वागत किया है।
