एसएस न्यूज.मुंबई। बॉलीवुड के दिवंगत अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत को करीब एक साल का वक्त हो गया है। जिससे हर कोई हैरान हो गया था। इसके बाद बॉलिवुड के काम करने के तरीकों पर सवाल उठे थे लेकिन ऐक्टर विवेक ओबेरॉय को लगता है कि इंडस्ट्री आलोचनाओं को स्वीकार करने में सक्षम नहीं है। यही नहीं, उन्हें ताज्जुब है कि कमियों को स्वीकार करने में हिचकिचाहट क्यों है। विवेक ने कहा, ‘हमारे पास अच्छी साइड है लेकिन बुरी चीजों को हम स्वीकार करने से इनकार कर देते हैं। किसी भी इंसान, इंडस्ट्री या फ्रैटरनिटी के फलने-फूलने के लिए यह मालूम होना चाहिए कि हम में कितनी खामियां और इंडस्ट्री की क्या गलतियां हैं मगर हमें थोड़ा ऑस्ट्रिच सिंड्रोम है।

हम नहीं मानते हैं कि हमारी इंडस्ट्री में कुछ गड़बड़ है।’ सुशांत की मौत के संदर्भ में बात करते हुए विवेक ने कहा, ‘पिछले साल हमारी इंडस्ट्री में बड़ी ट्रैजिडी हुई। इसके बावजूद कोई भी असल में यह मानने को तैयार नहीं है कि सिस्टम में कुछ गड़बड़ है। बस यही लिखना है कि एक घटना हो गई। बड़ा स्टार हो या छोटा ऐक्टर, जब हम दुर्भाग्यवश किसी को खो देते हैं तो इससे आत्मनिरीक्षण करना चाहिए।’
विवेक कहते हैं, ‘कई ऐसी भी चीजें इंडस्ट्री में हैं जिन पर मुझे गर्व है लेकिन कई ऐसी भी चीजें हैं जिन पर खुश नहीं हो सकता। हमें इन पर खुलकर बोलना चाहिए। मुझे नहीं समझ आता कि हम इस पर बात करने में डरते क्यों हैं।’
इंडस्ट्री में आप क्या बदलाव चाहते हैं, यह पूछे जाने पर ओबेरॉय कहते हैं, ‘जिस तरह हम प्यार और प्रशंसा को स्वीकार करते हैं, उसी तरह क्रिटिसिजम को भी लेना चाहिए। उसी भावना के साथ आलोचना स्वीकार करनी चाहिए। हमें अपनी गलतियों को पहचानने की जरूरत है और बदलाव का यही पहला कदम है।’
