केजरीवाल सरकार का बड़ा ऐलान: दिल्ली सरकार ने जनवरी 2023 तक पटाखों के उत्पादन, भंडारण, बिक्री और उपयोग पर लगाया प्रतिबंध
दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बताया कि यह प्रतिबंध अगले साल जनवरी तक प्रभावी रहेगा। राय ने ट्वीट किया, 'दिल्ली में प्रदूषण के खतरे से लोगों को बचाने के लिए पिछले साल की तरह इस बार भी सभी तरह के पटाखों के उत्पादन, भंडारण, बिक्री और इस्तेमाल पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगाई जा रही है, ताकि लोगों की जान बचाई जा सके।
नई दिल्ली/जीजेडी न्यूज: दिल्ली सरकार ने बुधवार को घोषणा की कि वायु प्रदूषण पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में सभी प्रकार के पटाखों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बताया कि यह प्रतिबंध अगले साल जनवरी तक प्रभावी रहेगा। राय ने ट्वीट किया, ‘दिल्ली में प्रदूषण के खतरे से लोगों को बचाने के लिए पिछले साल की तरह इस बार भी सभी तरह के पटाखों के उत्पादन, भंडारण, बिक्री और इस्तेमाल पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगाई जा रही है, ताकि लोगों की जान बचाई जा सके।पटाखों की ऑनलाइन बिक्री और वितरण पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है जो 1 जनवरी 2023 तक प्रभावी रहेगा।
दिल्ली में लोगों को प्रदूषण के खतरे से बचाने के लिए पिछले साल की तरह ही इस बार भी सभी तरह के पटाखों के उत्पादन, भंडारण, बिक्री और उपयोग पर पूरी तरह प्रतिबंध लगाया जा रहा है, तांकि लोगों की जिंदगी बचाई जा सके।

इस बार दिल्ली में पटाखों की ऑनलाइन बिक्री/डिलीवरी पर भी रोक रहेगी. यह प्रतिबंध एक जनवरी 2023 तक लागू रहेगा। प्रतिबंध को सख्ती से लागू करने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस, डीपीसीसी और राजस्व विभाग के साथ मिलकर एक कार्य योजना तैयार की जाएगी।
यह कदम दशहरा और दिवाली से ठीक एक महीने पहले आता है जहां पटाखों का उत्सव मनाया जाता है। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी भी हर साल अक्टूबर और नवंबर के महीनों में धुंध की समस्या से जूझती है, जो पड़ोसी राज्यों पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान में पटाखों और पराली जलाने से होने वाले प्रदूषण से पैदा होती है।
वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक में प्रदूषण का परिणाम 500 अंक से ऊपर दर्ज किया गया और इसे गंभीर रूप से खराब वायु गुणवत्ता के रूप में वर्गीकृत किया गया।
पिछले साल सितंबर में भी, दिल्ली सरकार ने 1 जनवरी, 2022 तक पटाखों की बिक्री और फोड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था, जिसमें आवासीय में 10,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना और मूक क्षेत्रों में 20,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया था।
