कांग्रेस के स्टार प्रचारक पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के नेतृत्व में बीजेपी के ख़िलाफ़ एकजुटता से लड़ने का किया ऐलान करते हुए बरोदा से निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी के तौर पर चुनाव लड़ रहे डॉ. कपूर नरवाल ने कांग्रेस के समर्थन में अपना पर्चा वापस ले लिया है।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के नेतृत्व को स्वीकार करते हुए कपूर नरवाल ने इन्दुराज भालू के समर्थन का ऐलान किया। महम से निर्दलीय विधायक बलराज कुंडू और कपूर नरवाल के समर्थन में पर्चा वापस लेने वाले निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी जोगिंदर मोर ने भी बीजेपी के ख़िलाफ़ इस लड़ाई में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के समर्थन का ऐलान किया। हरियाणा के बेहतर भविष्य और बीजेपी को सत्ता से बाहर करने के लिए वो इस लड़ाई में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के साथ हैं।

कपूर नरवाल ने कहा कि उन्होंने बरोदा के मान, इलाके के सम्मान और हरियाणा में परिवर्तन के लिए यह फ़ैसला लिया है। उन्हें उम्मीद है कि भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा इस लड़ाई को अंजाम तक पहुंचाएंगे और बीजेपी को सत्ता से बाहर करने का काम करेंगे। बरोदा से इस परिवर्तन की शुरुआत होगी। निर्दलीय विधायक बलराज कुंडू ने भी बीजेपी को सत्ता से बाहर करने की लड़ाई में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के समर्थन का एलान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज पूरा हरियाणा बरोदा के तरफ उम्मीद भारी नज़रों से देख रहा है। इसलिए इस चुनाव में सिर्फ बीजेपी की हार नहीं, बल्कि ज़मानत ज़ब्त होनी चाहिए। वो इस लड़ाई में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा और दीपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के साथ खड़े हैं। जोगिंदर मोर, कई किसान संगठनों और 36 बिरादरी के मौजिज लोगों ने भी भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के समर्थन का ऐलान किया।

राज्यसभा सांसद दीपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने इस मौके पर कहा कि जैसे ही बरोदा में वोटिंग की गिनती खत्म होगी, वैसे ही बीजेपी जेजेपी गठबंधन सरकार की उल्टी गिनती शुरू हो जाएगी। किसानों के साथ धान, चावल, सरसों और बाजरा ख़रीद में घोटाला करने वालों वोट की चोट मारने का। इस उपचुनाव में किसान, मजदूर, कर्मचारी, दुकानदार, व्यापारी और आम आदमी मिलकर एक-एक वोट गठबंधन सरकार के ख़िलाफ़ डालेंगे। गोहाना से विधायक जगबीर मलिक, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री जयप्रकाश, कई कांग्रेस विधायक, प्रोफेसर वीरेंद्र सिंह और कांग्रेस में टिकट के लिए आवेदन करने वाले लगभग सभी नेता भी मौजूद रहे।
