कफ सिरप को लेकर हो जाए सावधान: वर्ल्ड हेल्थ ऑर्गनाइजेशन ने चार कफ सिरप को लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया

सोनीपत: सोनीपत के एचएसआईआईडीसी इंडस्ट्री एरिया में स्थित मेडेन फार्मासयूटिकल्स कंपनी पर उसके द्वारा बनाये जा रहे सिरफ पर भी सवाल उठे हैं। वर्ल्ड हेल्थ ऑर्गनाइजेशन (WHO) ने बुधवार को भारत की फार्मास्युटिकल्स कंपनी के बनाए चार कफ सिरप को लेकर अलर्ट जारी किया।
WHO ने कहा कि ये प्रोडक्ट मानकों पर खरे नहीं उतरे हैं। ये सुरक्षित नहीं हैं। बच्चों में इनके इस्तेमाल से गंभीर समस्या या फिर मौत का खतरा है। WHO ने कहा कि गाम्बिया में 66 बच्चों की मौत गुर्दों की हालत बेहद खराब हो जाने की वजह से हुई है।
बहुत मुमकिन है कि इन सिरप के इस्तेमाल के चलते ही बच्चों की मौत हुई हो। ये प्रोडक्ट अभी सिर्फ गाम्बिया में पाए गए हैं। हो सकता है कि ये गैरआधिकारिक तरीकों से ये दूसरे देशों में भी भेजे गए हों
WHO ने मेडिकल प्रोडक्ट अलर्ट जारी किया है। यह न केवल गाम्बिया जैसे देशों, बल्कि भारत के लिए भी बेहद गंभीर है। मामला बच्चों से जुड़ा है तो अलर्ट के मायने और व्यापक हो जाते हैं।
कई सवाल यही हैं कि WHO की डिटेल रिपोर्ट, वो भारतीय कंपनी जहां इनका प्रोडक्शन हुआ, क्या ये सिरप भारत में भी बिक रहे हैं, क्या वाकई खतरनाक हैं? सिरफ निर्माता चार कंपनी हरियाणा की हैं। भारत सरकार ने गांबिया में हुई मौतों को लेकर जांच शुरू की है।
