एसएस न्यूज.सोनीपत। सोनीपत के उपायुक्त श्याम लाल पूनिया ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी एक वैश्विक महामारी का रुप ले चुकी है। कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण कई परिवारों में बच्चों के माता व पिता दोनों की मौत हो चुकी है। जिसका लाभ मानव तस्करी से जुड़े कुछ लोग व असामाजिक तत्व उठाना चाहते हैं। जोकि कानून की विरूद्घ है। इसलिए ऐसे लोगों से बच्चें तथा अगर किसी भी व्यक्ति के आस-पास ऐसी घटना में संलिप्त कोई व्यक्ति है तो इसकी सूचना जिला प्रशासन को दें।

उपायुक्त पूनिया ने कहा कि मानव तस्करी से जुड़े कुछ लोग व असामाजिक तत्व सोशल मीडिया पर भ्रामक जानकारी फैलाकर बच्चे को गोद देने की बात करते हैं यह एक गैर कानूनी कार्य है। उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चा गोद लेने की एक निर्धारित प्रक्रिया है जिनमें सबसे पहले अभिभावक को अपना पंजीकरण सेंट्रल एडॉप्शन रिसोर्स अथॉरिटी cara.nic.in पर ऑनलाइन करवाना होगा।

जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी रितु गिल ने विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि यह भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित संस्था है जो बच्चों को गोद लेने में लोगों की मदद करती है। पंजीकरण के बाद इस प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने के लिए सभी जरुरी दस्तावेजों को पोर्टल पर अपलोड करना होगा। इन दस्तावेजों में पहचान प्रमाण-पत्र, भारत में निवास दर्शाने वाले पते का प्रमाण-पत्र जो 365 दिन से अधिक पुराना होना चाहिए। विवाह प्रमाण-पत्र, परिवार की तस्वीर तथा आय का प्रमाण-पत्र आदि हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि दस्तावेज पोर्टल पर अपलोड होने के बाद आवेदक के घर की होम स्टडी की जाएगी और वह भी पोर्टल पर अपलोड होगी। इसके बाद बच्चे को गोद देने की बाकी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जाएगी।
