पुगथला रोड स्थित सीताराम फिलिंग स्टेशन के सल्समैन से पिस्तौल के बल पर लूटपाट करने के तीन आरोपितों की रिमांड अवधि सोमवार को समाप्त हो गई। रिमांड अवधि के दौरान पुलिस ने आरोपित भानेड़ा, जिला शामली, यूपी निवासी अमित, झज्जर के डाबौदा गांव निवासी संदीप व खरखौदा के गांव बिधलान निवासी सागर के पास से लूट की गई राशि में से 3100 रूपये की राशि बरामद की। तीनों आरोपितों द्वारा बाकी राशि को खर्च कर दिया गया।

आरोपितों को पुलिस ने अदालत में पेश किया जहां अदालत ने उन्हें जेल भेज दिया। ज्ञात रहे कि पिछले वर्ष 20 सितंबर को मोटरसाइकिल सवार हथियार बंद तीन बदमाश पिस्तौल के बल पर सेल्समैन से 24 हजार रुपए की राशि लूट कर फरार हो गए थे। पुलिस ने गांव बजाना खुर्द निवासी सेल्समैन कपिल की शिकायत पर मोटरसाईकिल सवारों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया था।

खुबडू झाल चौकी इंचार्ज सतीश कुमार ने बताया कि आरोपित संदीप, सागर व अमित को पानीपत पुलिस द्वारा लूटपाट व डकैती के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। इस दौरान उन्होंने पुगथला रोड स्थित सीताराम फिलिंग स्टेशन पर भी लूटपाट करने की वारदात को कबूल किया था। तीनों आरोपित सोनीपत जेल में सजा काट रहे थे। पुलिस गत शुक्रवार को तीनों आरोपितों को सोनीपत जेल से प्रोडक्शन वारंट पर लाई थी और उन्हें अदालत में पेश कर तीन दिन क रिमांड पर लिया था। रिमांड अवधि के दौरान पुलिस ने आरोपितों के पास से 3100 रूपये बरामद किए हैं।
