प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के अलीगढ़ में जाट राजा राजा महेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के नाम पर एक विश्वविद्यालय की आधारशिला रखी। इस मौके पर पीएम मोदी ने उत्तर प्रदेश औद्योगिक रक्षा गलियारे के अलीगढ़ नोड के प्रदर्शनी मॉडल का भी निरीक्षण किया।
अलीगढ़: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को उत्तर प्रदेश के अलीगढ़ में जाट राजा राजा महेंद्र प्रताप सिंह के नाम पर एक विश्वविद्यालय की आधारशिला रखी। इस मौके पर पीएम मोदी ने उत्तर प्रदेश औद्योगिक रक्षा गलियारे के अलीगढ़ नोड के प्रदर्शनी मॉडल का भी निरीक्षण किया।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अपने भाषण की शुरुआत दिवंगत भाजपा नेता और उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कल्याण सिंह को याद करके की, जिनका पिछले महीने निधन हो गया था। “जैसा कि हम आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाते हैं, हमारे स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में राजा महेंद्र प्रताप सिंह और अन्य लोगों के योगदान के बारे में युवा पीढ़ी को जागरूक करने के लिए ईमानदार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं,” उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि दिवंगत राजा ने अलीगढ़ के लिए भूखंड भी दिया था। मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी (एएमयू)।
